Andrew Laliberte is the Artisan Cheese Specialist and Key Accounts Manager at Glen Echo Fine Foods for the past two years. He has extensive experience in the fine cheese industry and previously was the Business Development Manager at Fifth Town Artisan Cheese Co.
Andrew also has experience as a chef and sommelier and has managed some of Toronto’s finest restaurants. He has worked with some of Canada’s top chefs including Michael Städtlander and John Higgins. He has also taught the professional sommelier courses at Humber College.
